Recently, three sets of automatic external defibrillator (AED) were installed in the office building and workshop of FC Company. The Safety and Environmental Protection Department synchronized the special training within the company to enhance the self-rescue and mutual aid knowledge reserve of the staff, and put the care and concern for the staff's life and health into practice.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is a kind of intelligent and portable medical device that the general public can also master the operation, which can automatically analyze the heart rhythm, accurately determine whether the patient is ventricular fibrillation and whether the patient needs shock defibrillation, so as to win valuable time for life-saving, and to maximize the rescue of cardiac arrest patients' lives within the "golden 4 minutes", so it has been called "life-saving magic". Therefore, it has the name of "life-saving weapon".

The Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection invited the manufacturer of AED (automated external defibrillator) to the company to carry out hands-on training, explaining in detail the operating points and precautions of the instrument, answering questions on the spot, and carrying out the demonstration teaching of the "simulator" external defibrillation resuscitation method, so that everyone can use it, know how to use it, and have the courage to use it, to safeguard the life safety of the workers and improve the company's emergency response capability.
