Shaanxi Fast Gear Co. Ltd., and Caterpillar from USA signed letter of investment intent on 18th Nov, 2010.

Both sides signed official contract in Xi'an and established Xi'an FC Intelligence Transmission Co. LTD.,

The Joint Venture was officially established on 25th July, 2011, which was located in Fast plant in High-Tech Zone as temporary use.

Foundation Stone Ceremony of Xi'an FC Intelligence TransmissionCo. Ltd., was held on 10th Sep, 2011.

On 19th June, 2012, the first CX28 assembly was completed, as well as main assembly line, assembly line training and adjusting. The assembly test was finished in Fast laboratory.

Xi'an FC Intelligence Transmission Co. Ltd., officially moved into new plant and ribbon cutting ceremony was simply and grandly held, which is an important milestone representing FC from beginning to prosperous future. This is a new page and also a historical and brand-new journey for FC development.

On 21st Mar, 2014, the first CX31 assembly was completed. The assembly test was finished in FC teststand.

On 20th Jan, 2015, FC get TS16949:2009 quality certificate by SGS
