Fast accounts for 51% of the shares, Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Company accounts for 4% of the shares and Caterpillar accounts for 45% of the shares. Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Company is the biggest heavy-duty vehicle transmission manufacture base, which has ranked first place in the world for five years about annual production and sale of heavy-duty vehicle transmission. Caterpillar is one of the global top 500 companies and the biggest manufacture and seller of engineering machinery and construction machinery in the world.

FC is located at high-tech district in Xi'an with area of 264 acres and total investment of 1 billion RMB. FC is mainly working on research, production, distribution of on-highway vehicle AT and other intelligent transmission with corresponding service. FC introduces advanced CX series heavy-duty hydraulic automatic transmission (AT) technology of Caterpillar and produce, sell and re-research heavy-duty AT transmission, fist product is world-class 6 speed CX AT, meanwhile FC is supplying shaft, hub, housing, manifold related components to Caterpillar.
