On
February 4, FC's 2023 annual summary commendation meeting was held, FC's middle
and senior management team, commended employees&groups and some staff
representatives attended the meeting.
General
Manager Wang Jun made a summary of FC's work in 2023. Mr. Wang affirmed the
achievements of the company in 2023, congratulated the award-winning advanced
individuals and collectives, proposed to focus on new product development, quality
management, cost control, information technology and intelligence in 2024, and
called on all employees to take the "Year of Structural Adjustment"
as an opportunity to cohesion of the development of a consensus, side by side.
Strive to catch up and create a new situation of high-quality development.
Liang
Zhao, deputy general manager, read out the decision to recognize the excellent
staff, excellent team and the first Staff Skills Competition of FC Company in
2023.
Company
high level management teams attending the meeting awarded honorary certificates
and medals to the representatives of the commended excellent employees and
excellent work teams.
Tan Chao
and 13 other excellent employees were honored as "Company-level Excellent
Employees".
Nine
teams, including Machining Team 1 of Process Engineering Department, were
honored with the title of "Company-level Excellent Team".
Four
employees, including Du Yuhan, were honored as "Innovative Female
Expert", and Zhao Ting was honored as "Excellent Labor Union
Member".
Li Lin
and other 10 employees won the first prize of Staff Skill Competition.
Li Chao
and other 10 employees won the second prize of Staff Skill Competition.
Ye Jiang
and other 8 employees won the third prize of Staff Skills Competition.
Tan
Chao, the representative of excellent employees, delivered a passionate
acceptance speech. While thanking all the leaders and colleagues, he called on
the staff to think of the source of water, treat their work well, be positive
and enterprising, work hard with a grateful heart, give back to the company and
fully realize their own value.
The
success of the 2023 Annual Summarization and Commendation Conference has
greatly encouraged all the staff of the company and further stimulated the
enthusiasm of the staff for entrepreneurship. All FC staff will work together
and be united in 2024 to meet new challenges, stimulate new momentum, and
