Sincere Census & Sincere Rectification for real improvement—Xi’an FC held the mobilization meeting of Declaring War on Five No Phenomenon with Three Big Improvement Activity and Three Braveness Spirit
In
order to respond positively to the Chairman Mr. Yan Jianbo’s activity proposed
in Group Meeting that all staff work hard and carry out the Declaring War on
Five No Phenomenon with Three Big Improvement Activity and Three Braveness
Spirit, to effectively strengthen the effectiveness of the construction of
corporate style, and strive to solve the departments and all cadres in the
presence of laze, philistine, shirking, slowing, fickleness and a series of
outstanding issues, to create a working atmosphere of daring to say and to do,
to strongly drive the overall good work
style, improve work efficiency, deepen the cohesion and promote the sustained
and healthy development of enterprises, Xi’an FC held the mobilization meeting
of Declaring War on Five No Phenomenon with Three Big Improvement Activity and
Three Braveness Spirit. And the senior management team, supervisors, team
leaders and all staff attended the meeting.
Three
Braveness Spirit mean to work with the spirit of stirring up a hornet, with the
courage of uncovering, the mind of blighting scandalous; Three Big Improvement
Activity mean to fulfill their duties for great rectification, pragmatic and
efficient census, leaving no room for a big upgrade; Five No Phenomenon mean “I
do not know”, “It is none of my business”, “No one bring this issue to me”, “I
do not understand it”, “It is no good to do this or that”. In order to ensure
the effective development of activities, the General Manager Mr. Wang Jun held
the post of the steering group and task group leader, the Department Manager
were the steering group and task group members. At the same time, Wang asked
the departments to set up a working group of the Department, and to develop
specific action plans to seriously promote the work of each stage.
The General Manager Mr. Wang called on all
staff to carry forward Three Braveness Spirit , to implement Three Big
Improvement Activity, and to resolutely
reject the Five No Phenomenon, to eliminate the laze, philistine, shirking,
slowing, fickleness, to find the problems from individuals, departments,
positions, and other aspects of the company, to do sincere census and sincere rectification
for real improvement, to clear objectives and implement the rectification, to
create a good atmosphere of seeking truth from facts revealing problems, working
hard to improve the style, conscientious and efficient performance of their
duties officers throughout the company.
