On Oct. 26^th, 2016, the forth Board Meeting in 2016 of Xi’an FC Intelligence Transmission Co., LTD was successfully held in Xi’an FC.The Chairman of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co., Ltd Mr. Yan Jianbo, the CEO of Weichai Power Mr. Li Dakai, the General Manager of Caterpillar ATS Business Department Mr. Mak Mirhakimi, the General Manager of Wuxi CMT Mr. Erbing Shang, the Senior Business Manager of Caterpillar Mr. Greg Hepler, the Product Manager of Caterpillar Mr. Ric Woldow, the Product General Manager of Caterpillar China ITDD Transmission Series Mr. Jerry Xu, the Financial General Manager of Caterpillar Mr. Fima Mao, the Vice General Manager of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang Shunli, the CFO of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang Xiuju, the General Manager of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Sales Company Mr. Yan Zonghong, the General Manager of Xi’an FC Intelligence Transmission Co., Ltd Mr. Wang Jun, the Vice General Manager of Xi’an FC Mr. Lv Qiang, the Technical Director of Xi’an FC Mr. Wang Yafeng, the Finance Director of Xi’an FC Robbin Lin and other Board members attended the Meeting. 

In the meeting, the Chairman approved the Third Amendment of Joint Venture Agreement, the third Board Resolution of 2016, as well as the change of the Board directors and supervisors. The leaders of Xi’an Intelligence Transmission Co., Ltd made their reports to the Board Members from the view of FC products sales, financial status, and technical development in the third quarter of the year 2016, at the same time, the Board Members thought highly of the achievements FC achieved, and made their requests and hopes for the future. They also made 2017 business plan of Xi’an FC. At the end of the meeting, they arranged the related works of the Board Meeting in 2017.
