Until Sep. 9^th, 2016, Xi’an FC had achieved an objective of 300 days’ safe manufacturing without any accident continuously.

Since FC construction, the company leadership had paid more attention to the safety manufacturing management, and set up the safety management system and attaches great importance to the safety management and safety rules and regulations. In daily production work, all staff positively carried out 6S Standards, strictly observed the safety manufacturing rules, worked from the little things, and were strict with themselves. In order to make sure the safety of the equipment, they achieved the goal of daily maintenance, weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance as well as full maintenance before the festival.  Through regular safety education and training, the employees' safety consciousness had been greatly improved, and they could timely discover and report the accident, then eliminate it on-site. By the joint efforts of all staff, the company finally achieved an objective of 300 days’ safe manufacturing without any accident continuously. Now with the staff’s enthusiasm and confident, Xi’an FC is striding forward to the next safety manufacturing goal.
