It was in 2014 that Shandong Pengxiang Automobile Co., LTD used Xi’an FC Transmissions for the first time by stages of prototype vehicles, validation, trial run and so on. With the excellent product performance, strong technical support and the timely after-sales service, FC was thought highly by Pengxiang, and as the standard equipment, FC6A250PR transmissions were matched with PX90AT type which with had become the most competitive products in mine truck market for the large loading capacity , reliable performance , convenient operation.

Yangtze Mining ( Burma ) Copper Co ., LTD was a joint venture company between China North Industries Company Wanbao Mining and the Burma local government. From 2011, it begun to take over and expand the facility which belong to Canada Ivanhoe Mines Limited before, and now had SK mine & K mine with 60,000 ton annually cathode copper by CAT 777D mine trucks and TEREX TR100 mine trucks mainly. It was the first time that Chinese mine wide-body dump trucks were put into Burma mine lot for use.

This batch trucks were produced in Jan. 2016, and were finished assembling and test in the end of March, then were exported to Burma from China. After almost one month’s sea transportation and two months’ customs clearance, they arrived at Burma mine lot successfully. Then all the transmissions working conditions were tested for fine. By the test drive, the team principle was very satisfied with the trucks dynamic property and shift, and thought they were as good as Europe & America products. According to the Yangtze Mining ( Burma ) Copper Co ., LTD’s plan, more than 40 drivers had the theory and operation training, including the vehicle structure and maintenance, the transmission operation and basic maintenance , as well as driving attention , etc. During process of the half load trail and full load trail, the drivers were guided the actual operation in detail and the corrected the bad operation habit in order to get the better product performance.

After half a month’s trail run, FC ATs got pretty good feedback from OEMs and customers for the performance of the products, and the delivery ceremony was held on July 27^th. The President of Yangtze Mining (Burma) Copper Co., LTD, the General Manager of Northeast Industries Group, the General Manager of Shandong Pengxiang Automobile Co., LTD., as well as other leaders joined in the ceremony. They all spoke highly of the products performance and sales service, and promised to purchase FC ATs when renew the mine trucks in future.

With the success of this project as the beginning, Xi’an FC would cooperate with OEMs and open the Burma market to more users for its qualified products and good services in order to lay the solid foundation for the worldwide market.
