On July 27th, 2016, the 3rd Board Meeting of Xi’an
FC in 2016 was held successfully in Wuxi. The Chairman of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive
Group Co., Ltd Mr. Yan Jianbo, the Vice President of Caterpillar Ms. Jean
Savage, the CEO of Weichai Power Mr. Li Dakai, the Product Manager of
Caterpillar Mr. Bin He, the Product Manager of Caterpillar Mr. Ric Woldow, the
Senior Business Manager of Caterpillar Mr. Greg Hepler, the Business Manager of Caterpillar
CCMC Branch Mitch Xue, the Vice General Manager of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive
Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang Shunli, the CFO of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co.,
Ltd. Mr. Wang Xiuju, the General Manager of Xi’an FC Intelligence Transmission
Co., Ltd Mr. Wang Jun, the Vice General Manager of Xi’an FC Mr. Wang Yafeng,
the Technical Director of Xi’an FC Mr. Jamie L. McClintock, the Finance Director
of Xi’an FC Robbin Lin and other Board members attended the Meeting.
In the meeting, the
chairman approved the second Board Resolution of 2016, and leaders of Xi’an Intelligence
Transmission Co., Ltd made their reports to the Board Members from the view of
FC products sales, financial status, and technical development in the second
quarter of the year 2016. At the same time, the Board Members thought highly of
the achievements FC achieved, and made their requests and hopes for the future.
At the end of the meeting, the chairman made the plan for the 4th Board Meeting.
