Quality was the life of an enterprise, the
spirit of the enterprise development, and the core of the business competition.
As a high-tech enterprise, we had been taking the quality as our foundation and
the theme, and set up the Year of Quality Improvement in 2016 with the Year of
Quality Management in 2015 passed by. In the coming year of 2016, as the source
of material, the quality of supplier products would be the key point for FC to
improve. In order to do it well, FC held the Supplier Quality Management
Meeting on Dec. 26th, 2015 with more than 20 suppliers and about 50 responsible
persons joined. The theme of the Meeting was Pay More Attention to Quality for
Win-win Cooperation.
In this Meeting, FC General Manager Mr.
Wang Jun, Quality Manager Mr. He Jian, and Production Manager Mr. Geng Fengming
were invited. Mr. Wang analyzed the current market situation at home and
abroad, called on all the suppliers to grasp firmly the opportunity, transform
and innovate, and do win-win cooperation. At the same time, he introduced FC
quality level of 2015 and PPM as CAT suppliers, and hoped everybody go forward
hand in hand, strengthen the quality, and create a better future together.
Mr. pointed that at present our country was under period
of the economy adjustment and the manufacture industry inventory digestion, the
economic downward pressure still existed, and the market would face a huge
challenge. These inevitably put forward severe challenges to us. Therefore, to
strengthen the quality management was the important way of existence and
development for us.
Mr. Wang said particularly that the suppliers were the
important external resources of FC, were the significant source of enterprise
product quality control, cost control, as well as risk control. With the co-development
in recent years, FC and suppliers had built up the good relationship in
business and deep feelings. Both sides shared weal and woe and went forward
hand in hand. He hopped that in the future, both of us could prepare for danger
in times of safety to bare the pressure and risk together; improve the
comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises by strategic transformation;
create the first-class high-end AT transmission products and components by
improving and promoting; go forward together for win-win by development from
the innovation, by building a brand from the good quality.
Quality Manager He Jian also made warm remarks. He put
forward the theory of Site, Time, and Material. He hopped in the process of
quality improvement, we should go to site as much as possible, by which we
would not only have the evidence but also can guarantee the result with pointed
measures. He asked that the suppliers ought to take the PPM and complaint from
CAT as the entrance, pay much attention to the production process control,
increase the improvement efficiency, and make sure the great improvement of
quality. He also hoped to get CAT bronze medal next year with the joint effort
of us.
There were three contents involved in the Meeting. The
first one was BIQ training which aimed to know what BIQ was, why we
carried out BIQ, How we carried out BIW. By this training, we hopped the
suppliers could carried out BIQ of their own. The second was PDT training which
aimed to get the suppliers know the implementation points, how to carry out in
order to effectively reduce the unqualified products outflow and FC PPM. The
third one was the quality accident sharing and the training of PPAP, Re-PPAP
and other related knowledge. By the sharing, we hopped the suppliers could
realize the importance of the quality and warn themselves.
