Xi’an FC experienced the Year of Establishing & Setting Sail in 2013, the Year of Promoting & Development in 2014, the Year of Quality Control in 2015, and will stride forward the Year of Quality Promotion in 2016.  In order to welcome the coming year of 2016, with the theme of Quality Promotion, from Nov. 18^th to Nov. 20^th, FC passed a three-day supervision and verification of ISO/TS 16949 from SGS-CSTC Company, and finally was approved.

Because it was the first supervision and verification after FC got the ISO/TS 16949 certificate in 2014, the senior leaders and all subordinate departments’ members pay more attention to it, and in the audit process they were more cautious, positive and responsible. The audit team was formed by CQA Xin Xiangjun and Wang Baojun whom verified 18 management processes of FC, and the aim was to confirm whether the quality management system was built and carried out according to the auditing standard. At last, the audit team summarized the verification and made the report for the result at the last meeting. There is only one slight non-conformance item for HRM, and it was required to be close within 15 working days. At the same time, the audit team affirmed objectively the improvement and progress FC got during the process of Quality Management System of this year, and gave several suggestions frankly. At the end of the meeting, General Manager Mr. Wang Jun summarized the result and meaning of this audit, and put forward relevant requirements and improvement goals, meanwhile clarified the relevant persons and time node for correcting the problems and risks during the process of management completely.

By this supervision and verification, each department head and supervisor knew the inproper items or the deficiencies clearly, and they summarized several improvement plan and would carried out for rectification and verification later.  With the root of FC Quality Management System going deeply in to ground, the internal management of FC would be strengthened and consolidated continuously , which would be the strong guarantee for FC product quality and after-work service without any doubt.
