In the morning of Oct. 20^th, 2015, the forth Operation Meeting of this year was held in FC. In the meeting, the Board Members shared the operation status of FC up to now, especially FC production & operation status and transmission assembly sales, at the same time they shew the current production research, technical preparation, localization progress as well as the following work.

On Oct. 30th, 2015, the forth Board Meeting in 2015 of Xi’an FC Intelligence Transmission Co., Ltd was held in CCMC of Wuxi Province. The Vice President of Caterpillar Ms. Jean Savage, the Chairman of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co., Ltd Mr. Yan Jianbo, the Party Secretary of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co., Ltd Mr. Li Dakai, the General Manager of Caterpillar ATS Business Department Mr. Mak Mirhakimi, the Product Manager of Caterpillar Mr. Ric Woldow, the Business Manager of Caterpillar Mitch Xue, the Vice General Manager of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang Shunli, the Finance Director of Shaanxi Fast Gear Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang Xuewen, the General Manager of Xi’an FC Intelligence Transmission Co., Ltd Mr. Wang Jun, the Vice General Manager of Xi’an FC Mr. Wang Yafeng, the Technical Director of Xi’an FC Mr. Jamie L. McClintock, the Finance Director of Xi’an FC Robbin Lin and other Board members attended the Meeting.  In the Meeting, the Board Members approved the Third Board Resolution of 2015. The Vice President of Caterpillar Ms. Jean Savage announced the board members changes. General Manager of Xian FC Mr. Wang Jun made his report on the executing points about FC operation status & AT sales of third quarter. The Technical Director of Xi’an FC Mr. Jamie L. McClintock reported the present technology development. The Finance Director of Xi’an FC Robbin Lin summarized the financial status. At last, the Board made the arrangement on the time and site of full year 2015 Board Meeting, and the related work of the products development in the forth quarter of 2015.
