In the morning of June 16^th, 2015, accompanied by the vice Governor Mr. Jiang Feng and other leaders, the Secretary of Shaanxi Province Mr. Zhao Zhengyong visited Xi’an FC for the investigation. And the Chairman and the Party Secretary of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co., Ltd Mr. Li Dakai, the General Manager of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co., Ltd Mr. Yan Jianbo, the General Manager of Xi’an FC Mr. Wang Jun accompanied with the Secretory Zhao and his group and went to the production lines for the investigation.

On behalf of Fast Group, the Chairman Mr. Li Dakai shew his thanks for the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government‘s care and support, and reported the Fast’s future development direction and the FC AT ‘development advantages mainly. He said FC AT had the advantages of high fuel energy, high efficiency, good accelerating performance, are carrying capability, high reliability, small installation size, simple installation, convenient operation electronic control unit (ECU) and so on, which was the inevitable choice of commercial vehicle industry development with intelligence, energy efficiency and high-end oriented, and was one of the main products of Fast’s aimed future market. During the process of innovation and development, Fast transferred the mode and adjusted the structure positively, enlarged advantages of the independent development and technical innovation continuously, stabilized the heavy truck market and expanded the light truck market, set up the new energy automobile transmission field actively, and made great efforts to  provide the latest optimal configuration for commercial vehicles upgrading, and made great contributions for Shaanxi local economic and social development.

With the great support and care of the Shaanxi Party Committee and Provincial Government, Xi’an FC was developing stably and continuously. FC mainly introduced the advanced technology of CX series heavy type hydraulic auto transmission (AT) of Caterpillar, and made the development, sales and redevelopment of AT, as well as supplied the production parts for Caterpillar facilities. Up to now, FC ATs had been matched with the engines from Weichai, Cummnis, Yuchai, as well as FAWDE, which covered 169 domestic main engine operations and 655 refitted vehicle and special vehicle factories, and were highly praised with great promising prospect.

After the briefing, Secretary Zhao shew his high expectations to the development prospect of Xian FC ATs.  He said that Xian FC was the success model of Fast Auto Drive Group joint venture. From FC project preparation and construction commencement ceremony to successful production, Shaanxi Party Committee and Provincial Government always cared for and concerned with the developments of FC, and built good service platform for FC’s innovation and development. He hoped that Xian FC would make persistent efforts to help Fast Auto Drive Group bigger and stronger, to promote the enterprises transformation, and to make contributions to the national automobile industry development and the construction of "the three shaanxi".

At the end of investigation, Secretary Zhao Zhengyong asked the life and work of foreign technicians, and expressed his warm regards to them. He thanked them for the contributions to our local economy and FC development, and encouraged them to focus on the job and to make persistent efforts to FC innovation and development.
