In the morning of April 16th,2015, the Second Operation Meeting of Xi’an FC Intelligence Transmission Co., Ltd. was held successfully in FC.

Firstly, Jean Savage, the vice President of Caterpillar, presented the 5 Years Medal to her staff. 
Later, the General Manager of FC Mr. Wang Jun shew his report on the operation and management situation of FC in the last quarter of this year, which mainly focus on the problems of CAT parts production and sales, AT localization and sales, as well as the solution to the related problems.In the next morning, the Second Board Meeting in 2015 of XI’an FC Intelligence Transmission Co., Ltd. was held successfully in Xi’an FC. The Vice President of Caterpillar Ms. Jean Savage, the Chairman of Shannxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co., Ltd Mr. Li Dakai, the Product Manager of Caterpillar Mr. Chen Rong, the Product Manager of Caterpillar Mr. Ric Woldow, the Business Manager of Caterpillar Mitch Xue, the General Manager of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Yan Jianbo, the Vice General Manager of Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang Shunli, the Finance Director of Shaanxi Fast Gear Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang Xuewen, the International Trade Minister of Shaanxi Fast Gear Co., Ltd. Ms. Sun Xiaoning, the General Manager of Xi’an FC Intelligence Transmission Co., Ltd Mr. Wang Jun, the Vice General Manager of Xi’an FC Mr. Wang Yafeng, the Technical Director of Xi’an FC Mr. Jason Kwacz, the Finance Director of Xi’an FC Robbin Lin and other Board members attended the Meeting.

In the Meeting, the Board Members approved the First Board Resolution of 2015. The General Manager of FC Mr. Wang Jun summarized the FC operation status of the first quarter of 2015. The Finance Director Robbin Lin and the Technical Director Jason Kwacz reported the FC finance and technology status separately. At last, the Board made the arrangement on the time and site of full year 2015 Board Meeting, and the related work of the products development in the second quarter of 2015.
